Who we are
ArchiWiz is an architecture and interior design studio in Kunnamkulam, Kerala. This policy explains what this website collects when you send us an enquiry, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- The requirement form. Your name, phone number, email address and location, the details of your plot or building, the rooms and facilities you need, and any notes you add.
- The website chat. The same kind of details, as answers to the questions the chat asks, together with the date and the page you were on when you started it.
- The contact form. Your name, email address and the message you write.
- WhatsApp. If you choose to send your enquiry on WhatsApp, that message and your number reach us through WhatsApp, under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
- Site usage. Google Analytics tells us which pages are read, roughly where visitors are, and what kind of device they use. This is aggregated; we do not use it to identify you.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, to prepare a design or a quotation for you, and to follow up on the work you asked about. Nothing else, and we do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Where it is kept
Enquiries are stored in our own customer records system on this website, which is hosted for us by Hostinger. A copy of each chat conversation is also emailed to the studio’s mailbox, which is a Gmail account, so Google handles it as our email provider in that respect.
Cookies and embedded services
The site itself sets the cookies it needs to work. Two services we use may set their own: Google Analytics, which measures how the site is used, and the Google map on our contact page, which Google loads when you visit that page. There is no visitor login on this site and comments are switched off.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records while your enquiry or project is live, so we can pick up where we left off. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.
